Up in Smoke for NCIS

After getting the NCIS Season 9 DVD about the explosion while in Florida, Ducky said he would rush back to help. 

We really don't need guest stars that take scenes away from the cast. NCIS 9 DVD is what has made this show number 1 not the guest stars. Oh but wait if that is true where were all those viewers when they did promote the TIVA in episodes this season? Not only did they not those episodes it seems as if talking about TIVA made most viewers not watch. I know I did not watch those episodes because they mentioned TIVA. 

He was never interested in Vance. It was about justice. Gibbs notices that Vance has a bag with him. He's heading to the Pentagon for a meeting with SecNav. Gibbs has McGee play back the call for the background. 

Despite playing a major role in this arc, Ryan left abruptly with her son before the attack, scared silly by the release of her ex. Unless there's more to it, we've probably seen the last of her character. After interrogation, Gibbs discovers that the mastermind of the bombings is an investment fund CEO named Harper Dearing. After finding out that Dearing has been missing for over a year, Gibbs declares him NCIS' most wanted fugitive.

After he feels the hood, he calls out, but he's not going to get the answer he's hoping for because there's an explosion. It looks like they're setting up a cliffhanger where it may be uncertain if some characters survive. 

Last season ended with Tony getting his assignment and the NCIS Season 9 of the mole.
